Tu hawa kay hath pe chahatoun ka dia jalanay ki zid na kar,
Yeh udaas logun ka sheher ha yahan muskuranay ki zid na kar,
Main muhabbatoun ka dasa hua, mera gham hai hadd say barha hua,
Main shikasta ghar ki misal hun meray pas anay ki zid na kar,
Main teri ghazal to nahi hun jo, har ik kay lab per saji rahun,
Main tow aik misra-e-dard hun, mujhay gungunanay ki zid na kar,
Abhi laot aa abhi waqt ha abhi jan baki ha jism main,
Tujhay ilm hai meri jan hai tu, mujhay aazmany ki zid na kar,
